STRANDMON
When the owner of this home retired, he decided to rent his second bedroom to a student lodger. A stylish and well organised little house, he chose someone who shared his love of books and appreciation for privacy. Now they live together but quite separately, with well-selected storage making it all possible.
The distinction between home and office interiors has become increasingly blurred in recent years. For at least a few years, people have been working a lot from home due to the pandemic. Therefore now, in an effort to bring workers back to the office and to make them feel comfortable, more and more elements that used to belong exclusively to our homes are appearing in the working environment. Video calls while lying down, Instagram-worthy meeting rooms, plants, soft furnishings, cosy lounge areas with a great focus on privacy and well-being are just some of the latest office requirements.
Office premises that experienced the most significant transformation during the pandemic continue to evolve. They are now being planned not only with workspaces but also with multifunctional leisure areas in consideration. Our business interior designer Ūla Žebrauskaitė-Malinauskė is convinced that even small spaces can meet the different needs of employees. The lounge and leisure area at Kaunas University of Technology proves her right.
In cooperation with real estate developer “Eriadas”, we have furnished a two-room apartment for the future residents of “Aitvarų namai” (“Kite House”) in Vilnius, Lazdynėliai. All design and home comfort solutions are provided by our business interior designer Rūta Gajauskaitė.
When designing the interior of a healthcare facility, solutions must not only be aesthetically pleasing and inspiring, but also very carefully considered in terms of hygiene requirements. When all elements are successfully aligned, the outcome is a source of joy for both the staff and customers. Did our designers succeed? See for yourself at the “Dental Therapy Clinic”.
