Carrying of the ordered goods is included in the delivery fee. Due to the risk of coronavirus, we do not carry goods inside and leave them at the door of the Customer’s house or apartment instead. If the elevator doesn’t work or the goods are too big to fit into it, we apply the additional carrying fee (2.90€ per every floor higher than the 5th floor). We do not carry the already assembled bulky products from the exposition or the half clearance department.
The maximum order size: 500 kg or 6 m3. If it’s weight or volume is higher than the stated maximum value, the fee increases respectively (e.g., if it is 501 kg or more, it shall be paid as per two orders, and etc.).
We do not deliver live plants and Persian rugs.
Small order delivery
We fully understand that you don't just visit us to buy furniture. So if all that you want is some cute little things for your home, we can deliver your smaller purchases at a lower price.Small order delivery price: 9,99 €.
Maximum order size: 30 kg.
If the weight of products in your shopping cart is higher than the stated maximum value (30,01 kg or more), the standard delivery fee of 19,90 € is applied.
Due to the risk of coronavirus, we do not carry goods inside and leave them at the door of the Customer’s house or apartment instead.
The service is available in the city areas of Vilnius, Kaunas and Klaipėda. It applies for all online store products marked with the truck icon.
We do not deliver food products, live plants and Persian rugs.
Picking with delivery
If you want to shop at IKEA without picking all the items yourself, we have the service just for you. Just submit your shopping list and our staff will find the products for you. The service is only available in the IKEA Vilnius store. The orders can be delivered to any place in Lithuania and Latvia.

Click&Collect
Collect your online orders safely and for free:I–VII 9.00–21.00 in Vilnius
I–VI 9.00–21.00, VII 9.00–19.00 in Kaunas
I–VI 8.00–20.00, VII 8.00–18.00 in Klaipėda
At IKEA Vilnius store:
• Wait until you will be contacted via SMS for a time slot to collect the order.
• Park your vehicle in one of the ten marked parking places.
• Access the entry-phone, push the button and say your order number “SO…”, as well as your parking space number to the IKEA worker.
• Get back to your vehicle and wait for the IKEA worker to bring your order.
• After unloading the goods, leave the shopping trolley in a designated place.
At IKEA pick-up and ordering points in Kaunas and Klaipėda:
• Wait until contacted via SMS for a time slot to collect your order.
• Enter the Click&Collect area one customer at a time. Wait for your turn by the line.
• Say your order number “SO…” to the IKEA worker.
• Wait for the IKEA worker to bring your order and invite you to pick it up.
• Leave the shopping trolley in a dedicated place.
Note! At the Click&Collect area, please keep safe 2 meters distance from other customers.
Measuring
The service is only provided in a contactless manner due to quarantine restrictions.

The service is available remotely due to quarantine restrictions. If you want to use the service at our stores, the maximum contact time is 15 minutes.

Our team of in-store kitchen experts, with the help of our online kitchen planner, can help you to prepare the kitchen plan right here, at the store. Also, we can prepare the plan of your dream kitchen following the kitchen planning form which you can fill in online or at the store, at the kitchen furniture department.

After having discussed your needs and dreams, we will give the details to one of our interior designers, so he/she can start preparing your project that includes:
• interior plan and solutions,
• mood board,
• visualisations,
• list of products,
• detailed information about additional services.
You will receive all the material listed above by email. If you have any questions, you can contact us by phone, by email or meet him/her for a personal consultation.
Location
The service is available in Vilnius (IKEA store), Kaunas and Klaipėda (IKEA order and pick-up points). Our interior designers can also consult you remotely.
Price
20 €/m2. However, if you decide to implement the proposed project and to purchase IKEA furniture and accessories, you will get the service free (the advance payment will be excluded from the final bill of the project implementation).
Payment
A pre-payment invoice for goods has to be paid by bank transfer within 15 working days.
Other conditions
• The service is valid for residential premises only.
• The interior design project can only be implemented in the prepared premises, where the necessary finishing works (floor, tiles, etc.) have already been done.
• If you decide to choose other furniture or colour combinations after receiving the interior plan, you can make it together with the interior designer.
• Our interior designers do not plan small interior solutions or provide furniture design services. You can do it yourself by using our online planning tools or taking advantage of our in-store consultation.
Kitchen Installation
The service is only provided in a contactless manner due to quarantine restrictions.We can install furniture and kitchen appliances in your kitchen.
The price
The price of the service includes the prices of labour service, assembling and installing furniture.

The services of instalment payment at the IKEA store are provided by GENERAL FINANCING BANKAS. You can pay by instalment for IKEA products which value is up to 15 000 €. Call the number 1851 and learn how to achieve your goals.
GENERAL FINANCING BANKAS finance terms and conditions:
• Annual interest rate – 0%.
• Transaction fee – 4%.
• Monthly administration fee – 0.6%.
• Initial contribution – from 0 €.
•The contract is concluded for the period of 60 months (84 months for sums bigger than 3 000€).
For example, if you borrow 500 € and conclude a contract for 12 months with insurance, the annual interest rate – 0%, transaction fee – 4%, insurance costs – 2.32% and monthly administrative fee – 0.6% from the total amount of the credit, APRC– 27.05%, monthly instalment – 47.30 € (the last instalment – 47.28 €), the total amount payable – 567.58 €. If you borrow another sum (not 500 €) and conclude the contract for another period (not for 12 months), the amounts can differ.
How to pay by instalment for IKEA products?
- In Vilnius: refer to GENERAL FINANCING BANKAS Customer Service located on the 2nd floor of the store.
- In Kaunas and Klaipėda: pick the products you like and refer to any of our sales consultants.
If you want to pay by instalment and enter into a contract, have a valid identity document with you.
