Due to latest quarantine restrictions, you cannot return or replace the products in physical IKEA stores in Vilnius, Kaunas or Klaipėda. Therefore, the time limit for return will be extended.
Products can be returned or replaced within 90 days from the date of purchase by submitting an original sales receipt, an invoice or a bank account statement. This is an additional guarantee for goods without prejudice to the rights laid down in the law of the Republic of Lithuania. Only the products purchased at IKEA Lithuania can be returned or replaced. (IKEA Family members can return products within 365 days if IKEA Family card was used on purchase.)
For the full refund, products have to be unused, in their original packaging and not assembled.
If the product was assembled or is assembled, the refund is up to 80% of the value of the product regarding its condition which is evaluated at the IKEA return and replacement department. Good quality products that have been used cannot be returned.
If the product is damaged or faulty, the customer receives the full refund in the way that is convenient for him. If the amount of refund is more than 300 €., it is paid into the account written in the customer's application for a refund.
If the product is new but not in its original packaging, the customer gets the full refund in the form of a coupon for another shopping.
If the packaging is damaged and the product cannot be examined without unpacking it, the customer receives the full refund in the most convenient way.
Plants, batteries, custom-made table tops and wall panels, textile, the products bought from the half clearance department are not returned or replaced if the customer simply changes his mind.
Only a faulty part of the product can be replaced, e.i. customers do not have to return the whole product, only the parts that is damaged.
If the product is bought from the shopping space and only one part of it is damaged, the whole product set has to be brought.
Household appliances are not replaced or returned at the store if the customer changes his mind because these appliances are under the supervision of the household appliances warranty service.
If the product is possibly unsafe, it can be returned or replaced.
LEDARE bulbs can be returned and replaced. If the products is packed, the customer gets the refund in cash, and if the bulb is without the packaging, the customer gets a refund in the form of a coupon for another shopping.
IKEA gift card cannot be exchanged for money or returned.
