Terms & Conditions for the game “Join the gamers‘ race”

Game organiser

1. The promoter and organiser of this game is UAB “Felit” (“IKEA Lithuania”) with corporate identity number 302491412 and registered office at Vikingų st. 1, LT-02182 Vilnius, email: info@ikea.lt, phone: +370 5 2500055.

2. The game takes place between the following dates (inclusive): 01.10.2021 and 31.10.2021.

3. All persons over the age of 16 have the right to participate in the game.
4. UAB „Felit“ (IKEA Lithuania) employees, their immediate families and other close persons are excluded from the game.

5. No purchase or any other fee payment is necessary in order to participate in the game. 
6. One can participate in the game without prior registration.
7. The game takes place at the IKEA Vilnius store (Vikingų st. 1, LT-02182 Vilnius), in a special gaming area located on the 1st floor.
8. The game takes place every day from 01.10.2021 to 31.10.2021 (17:00-20:00 on weekdays, 10:00-13:00 on weekends).
9. Individuals wishing to participate in the game are waiting in line. At the end of the specified time, participants who have not reached their turn will no longer be accepted to play.
10. After reaching their turn, each of the participants uses the game organiser’s console to play the video game called Gran Turismo Sport. All participants have to race in the same conditions (car: Subaru WRX GR4; track: Dragon Trail Seaside, 5.209 km; gear-shifting mode: automatic; daytime). Each participant can have one test run. After completing the test run, the participant drives again and uses the main console, where his/her result is recorded by the person in charge of the gaming area. At the end of the day, the fastest participant (the one who has reached the best time result) is announced as the daily winner. He/she is notified personally regarding the collection of the prize.
11. Each individual person can participate in the game once a day. The same person can only win one daily prize for the entire game period, but trying to improve his/her time in competition for the main prize is allowed.
12. Participants wishing to nominate for the daily or the main prize must complete the game registration form. The data provided in the form is used only for the execution of game-related processes and the transfer of prizes. If the participant only wants to have the test run, registration is not required.
13. In the registration form, each participant who agrees to participate in the game must:
    i. indicate his/her name and surname,
    ii. indicate his/her phone number and email address,

14. The game organiser keeps the right to publicly announce the name and surname of the winner on the screen installed in the gaming area, as well as on the website www.IKEA.lt/lenktynes.

15. The participants can win:
    1. Daily prizes (31 sets) includes gaming accessories: 1 x LÅNESPELARE mug with lid and straw (article no: 405.078.46), 1 x LÅNESPELARE mug holder (article no: 905.078.44), 1 x LÅNESPELARE gaming mouse pad (article no: 605.077.94).
    2. The main prize (1 set) includes gaming furniture and accessories: 1 x UTESPELARE gaming desk (article no: 805.076.27), 1 x MATCHSPEL gaming chair (article no: 805.076.08), 1 x UPPSPEL CPU stand with castors (article no: 405.077.85), 1 x LÅNESPELARE mouse bungee (article no: 105.078.38), 1 x LÅNESPELARE multi-functional cushion/blanket (article no: 005.078.53), 1 x LÅNESPELARE gaming mouse pad (article no: 705.078.16), 1 x LÅNESPELARE floor protector (article no: 805.077.93), 1 x LÅNESPELARE accessories stand (article no: 605.113.62).
16. The prize is non-negotiable, non-transferable and non-refundable. No cash or credit alternatives will be given in exchange for the whole or any part of the prizes. The game organiser reserves the right to substitute the prize with another prize or equivalent value.
17. The daily prize can be collected from 01.10.2021 to 31.10.2021 at the IKEA information tower upon presentation of an identity document.
18. The main prize is delivered to the winner’s home located in the territory of the Republic of Lithuania. The delivery costs are paid by the game organiser.
19. As the value of the prize exceeds 100 EUR, the winner signs a prize delivery and acceptance certificate with the game organiser. The winner also has to provide the game organiser with the additional personal data specified in the IKEA Privacy policy (www.ikea.lt/en/privacy-policy), which will be used to declare the value of the prize and pay the required fees. The fees are paid by the game organiser.

20. Every day from 01.10.2021 to 31.10.2021 (20:05 on weekdays, 13:05 on weekends), the winners of the daily prizes will be announced on the screen installed in the gaming area. Any participant who meets the Participation requirements can win.
21. At the end of the day, the fastest participant (the one who has reached the best time result) will receive the daily prize (see point 15.1).
22. The winner of the main prize (see point 15.2) will be determined on the last day of the game (31.10.2021). It will be the participant with the best time result.
23. If the best result coincides with the time of another participant, the winner is the participant who was the first to achieve the best result according to the registration date and time. 
24. The winner will be notified personally by phone and/or email submitted in the registration form. If the game organiser fails to contact the winner by the provided contacts (the winner does not answer the phone and / or does not reply to emails) within 5 working days from the date of selection, the participant loses the right to the prize. In this case, the daily prize goes to the second fastest participant of the same day, and the main prize goes to the second fastest participant of the month.
25. The game organiser has the right to publicly announce the name and surname of the winner on the website www.IKEA.lt/lenktynes.

26. The game organiser shall not liable for any loss due to the prize postponement, delay or cancellation caused by non-performance or other actions of the third parties beyond its control.

28. By entering the game and sharing his/her personal data, the participant agrees that the game organiser can process his/her personal data for the purpose of organising games and announcing the winners, as described in the IKEA Privacy policy (www.ikea.lt/en/privacy-policy). The participant will also be deemed to have accepted and agreed to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
29. The game and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with it, shall be governed and construed in accordance with laws of the Republic of Lithuania.
30. The participant of the game has the right to submit complaints regarding the course of the game until 30.11.2021. The complaints shall be submitted in a written form by post (Vikingų st. 1, LT-02182 Vilnius) or by email info@IKEA.lt.
