ORDERING
• IKEA goods shall be ordered by filling out the Order Form sent by a B2B Customer Service specialist.
PROFORMA INVOICE
• The B2B Customer Service specialist shall issue a proforma invoice for the Customer in two (2) business days, if ordering information is complete and clear.
• The proforma invoice shall only be issued after the order has been coordinated between the Customer and the B2B Customer Service specialist.
STORING AND WAREHOUSING OF GOODS
• Customer’s order shall be stored on premises for 3 business days starting from the order preparation and customer notification day. A B2B Customer Service specialist is responsible for Customer notification.
• After the above mentioned 3 business day period the storing/warehousing charge at a rate of 10 € per each calendar day shall be applied.
• The applied storage/warehousing charges shall be paid by the Customer prior to taking the ordered goods from the IKEA Goods Receiving Area.
ORDER PREPARATION
• Order preparation process shall be started after proforma invoice has been paid.
• All orders regardless of their value, are subject to order preparation fee of 17 €.
• The service is deemed to be provided when the order is ready to be picked up or delivered and the invoice is issued to the Customer. If Customer refuses the goods that are ready to be picked up or delivered, the order preparation fee shall not be refunded.
TERMS OF DELIVERY
• In Vilnius, goods are delivered every day except Saturday and Sunday, to other towns of Lithuania – on Tuesday and Friday, and to Latvia – on Wednesday.

• Delivered goods shall be unloaded in a Customer’s specified place as it was agreed before. If Customer prefers to have the delivered goods moved to a different place in the point of delivery, this shall be done by his/her own efforts.
• The Customer undertakes to ensure proper access to the unloading site (to unlock gates, open safety barrier, open the door, and etc.). Entrance and delivery is available only through the door (delivery through the balcony and windows is not possible).
• If there is an elevator in a building, all goods shall be delivered to the site using the elevator.
• The price includes carrying of goods to the site. An additional charge (2.90 € per floor) shall be applied if goods do not fit into the elevator or if it is not working, but only if the site is over the fifth floor.
• The Customer must ensure safe access to the unloading site (construction works cannot be carried out, stairs must be with rails, etc.).
• If Customer is not present at place of delivery on the agreed time and 20 minutes later, delivery shall be considered unfulfilled due to Customer’s fault. In such a case, Customer shall pay for redelivery of goods on a newly agreed time under the same delivery charges.
• The maximum order size is 500 kg or 6 m3. If it’s weight or volume is higher than the stated maximum value, the fee increases respectively: it doubles for 501–1000 kg size orders, and triples for 1001–1500 kg size orders, etc.
• The carrying service is valid for all goods, except bulky and/or assembled goods from the Showroom or the discounted goods department AS-IS.
FURNITURE ASSEMBLY SERVICE
• Furniture assembly charges can be found on:

• In case of the composite kitchen and/or any other storage furniture assembly order, service charges shall be calculated separately.
• When ordering kitchen furniture and appliances installation services a final kitchen plan shall be provided in advance.
• Upon arrival of Assembly Specialist, the furniture must be in it’s original package and the room has to be clean and prepared for assembly works. Please note that unpacked furniture will not be assembled and money for Assembly Specialist’s arrival shall not be refunded.
• For fittings, a 2% fee is applied. It can be added to the total price of the furniture or paid at the time of furniture assembly according to the invoice provided.
• Expenses for additional works and/or materials required while assembling and mounting the furniture shall be covered by the Customer on site according to the valid pricelist.
• Only IKEA appliances shall be installed.
