How long have you been at IKEA? For half of a year full of new experiences.
Which style reflects your personality? Modern style with a touch of minimalism. I like all things hidden and having their place. For me, furniture is more important than accessories.
Name the biggest challenge in your career as an interior designer. My biggest challenge is making people happy and surprised.
Name three things you can‘t imagine home without. 
1. Reasonable functional zoning.
2. Comfortable and functional furniture.
3. Accessories that make home cosy and unique.
Which part of the home is your favourite? Living rooms and kitchens. These are very important parts of the home, where people spend most of their time.
What do you expect from participating in “Home idea with IKEA”? I expect creating a place where people can live in comfort and happiness. I would also like to show what fascinating solutions can be made with IKEA furniture.
Dovilė Genytė

How long have you been at IKEA? For almost three years. I started by working with bedroom furniture and planning storage solutions. Now I work as an interior designer. It’s been a half of a year full of challenges, first-time experiences and fun.
Which style reflects your personality? Modern style, minimalism, light shapes and colours. 
Name the biggest challenge in your career as an interior designer. To be honest, I see every new project as a new interesting challenge, no matter the volume.

1. Home spirit.

Which part of the home is your favourite? 
I like planning bedrooms, as there every day starts and ends.
What do you expect from participating in “Home idea with IKEA”? I am hoping for challenges and sincere joy of people after they see their upgraded home.

How long have you been at IKEA? I have enjoyed working at IKEA for 4 years now.
Which style reflects your personality? There are no good or bad interior styles. I like choosing style by mood, but would never choose American classics for my own apartment.
Name the biggest challenge in your career as an interior designer. The biggest challenge is working with couples when partners have different visions of their home.
Name three things you can‘t imagine home without. 
1. A comfortable sofa.
2. Cute personal details.
3. People. They make home cosy and vivid. 
Which part of the home is your favourite? Each room has its own charm. I like thinking about home as a whole, creating unified looks, setting the mood and finding the way to connect different areas.
What do you expect from participating in “Home idea with IKEA”? Since we are furnishing only one room, I hope for a non-standard space.
Gintarė Gumenikovaitė-Barzdė

How long have you been at IKEA? For two years, neither too much nor too little.
Which style reflects your personality? The style has to be solid and consistent. I always pay attention to the details.
Name the biggest challenge in your career as an interior designer. Continuous improvement.

1. Living spaces planned in the way that prevents furniture and other objects from disturbing or annoying people who live there.
2. Concept and integrity.
3. Space luminosity.
Which part of the home is your favourite? Whether it is a kitchen or a bedroom, the only way to succeed is finding harmony between concept and space.
What do you expect from participating in “Home idea with IKEA”? I hope improving people’s life at home, as every little upgrade counts.

Which style reflects your personality? Scandinavian modern.
Name the biggest challenge in your career as an interior designer. Applying IKEA furniture and accessories in non-standard situations.

1. A dining table.
2. Dining chairs.
3. A sofa-bed.
Which part of the home is your favourite? Although I usually work with business projects, I see the interior as a single unit and not as separate parts. Planning homes or offices is much more interesting when you find the integrity.
What do you expect from participating in “Home idea with IKEA”? I want to show the world what I usually do and how I love it.

How long have you been at IKEA? For five adventurous and emotional years.
Which style reflects your personality? Scandinavian modern, without too many details.
Name the biggest challenge in your career as an interior designer. The biggest challenge is planning down to the smallest detail without missing anything. Since I value precision and believe that beauty lies in the details, challenging myself always provides pleasure.

1. Comfort.

Which part of the home is your favourite? I love planning living rooms, dining rooms, bedrooms and bathrooms. 
What do you expect from participating in “Home idea with IKEA”? I would like to create a better everyday life for people, so that being at home would become even more pleasing.

How long have you been at IKEA? For a year full of discoveries and creativity.
Which style reflects your personality? Modern style and minimalism.

1. Natural daylight.
2. A bathroom.

Which part of the home is your favourite? I like planning bathrooms, since I believe that they reflect personality better than other parts of the home.
What do you expect from participating in “Home idea with IKEA”? This project is a different experience and a chance to try myself in something new.
Vaiva Klezienė

How long have you been at IKEA? For six interesting and inspiring years.
Which style reflects your personality? Scandinavian modern: bold colours and graphic elements in black and white.
Name the biggest challenge in your career as an interior designer. Meeting the customers’ needs, exceeding their expectations (and my potential), and finding new surprising solutions. 
Name three things you can‘t imagine home without. 
1. Smart layout.
2. Personalization by hobbies and needs.
3. Cosiness and authentic details.
Which part of the home is your favourite? I like planning small spaces, especially the rooms for children. They require unique solutions and correspond to my playful and colourful style. I love children, as they dream big and are always positive about a change in their room.
What do you expect from participating in “Home idea with IKEA”? I expect inspiring challenges and discoveries, dreaming and crying together for joy. I would like to make one more family happy by surprising them and by proving that any room can be functional, aesthetic and neat, with lots of storage they need.

Name the biggest challenge in your career as an interior designer. I once had to plan a kitchen, bedroom, living room, bathroom and hallway into a very small and oblong space for three people and a dog.

Which part of the home is your favourite? Kitchens and dining rooms, as cooking is a pleasure to me.

Which part of the home is your favourite? I like planning kitchens, as they require combining different functions and thinking of both comfort and expression.
What do you expect from participating in “Home idea with IKEA”? I hope to prove that home furnishing can be simple, fun and doesn't take as much time as we often imagine.
