What's better than breakfast? A free breakfast you don't have to make for yourself! That's why we invite all IKEA Family club members to feast for free at one long table, and throughout September we’ve planned delicious activities for both kids and adults. See you there!

In Sweden, there’s something called långbordet which translates to 'long table'. It’s cosy, communal dining where people connect over food. The table is often long and wooden, or it can be many tables  pushed together, for one continuous dining experience.

This year, to celebrate the joy of cooking and eating, IKEA is bringing långbordet to stores across the globe!

Life’s cooking in the kitchen

The kitchen isn’t just a room – it’s the heart of the home, where work meets play, dreams take shape, and conversations flow. It’s space for advice, tears, laughter, celebrations, and singing off-key – it’s where life happens.
