Terms & Conditions for the game “Win a room for better sleep”
Game organiser
- The promoter and organiser of this game is UAB “Felit” (“IKEA Lithuania”) with corporate identity number 302491412 and registered office at Vikingų st. 1, LT-02182 Vilnius, email: info@ikea.lt, phone: +370 5 2500055.
Game duration
- The game takes place between the following dates (inclusive): 08.09.2021 and 30.09.2021.
Participants
- All persons over the age of 18 have the right to participate in the game.
- UAB „Felit“ (IKEA Lithuania) employees, their immediate families and other close persons are excluded from the game.
Participation requirements
- No purchase or any other fee payment is necessary in order to participate in the game.
- To participate in the game, one has to visit the IKEA Vilnius store (Vikingų st. 1, LT-02182 Vilnius), find at least three (3) better-sleep tips, take pictures of them and upload the pictures on the website www.IKEA.lt/gerasmiegas.
- Only one entry can be made by each individual person. Each entry shall include unique pictures that haven‘t been used by other persons.
- In the submission form, each participant who agrees to participate in the game must:
i. indicate his/her name and surname,
ii. indicate his/her phone number and email address,
iii. agree to these Terms & Conditions and read the IKEA Privacy policy.

- The prize is non-negotiable, non-transferable and non-refundable. No cash or credit alternatives will be given in exchange for the whole or any part of the prizes. The game organiser reserves the right to substitute the prize with another prize or equivalent value.
- As the value of the prize exceeds 100 EUR, the winner has to provide the game organiser with the additional personal data specified in the IKEA Privacy policy, which will be used to declare the value of the prize and pay the required fees. The fees are paid by the game organiser.
- The prize is delivered to the winner’s home located in the territory of the Republic of Lithuania. The delivery costs are paid by the game organiser.
- Upon receiving the main prize, the winner signs a prize delivery and acceptance certificate with the game organiser.
Winner selection procedure
- The winner selection will take place on 01.10.2021. Every participant who meets the Participation requirements will participate in the selection.
- During the selection process, one winner will be determined on a random basis to receive the specified prize.
- If the game organiser fails to contact the winner by the provided contacts (the winner does not answer the phone and / or does not reply to emails) within 5 working days from the date of selection, the participant loses the right to the prize. In this case, the game organiser selects another winner according to the winning selection procedure.
- The game organiser has the right to publicly announce the name and surname of the winner on the website www.IKEA.lt/gerasmiegas. The winner will also be notified personally by phone and/or email.
Other conditions
- The game organiser shall not liable for any loss due to the prize postponement, delay or cancellation caused by non-performance or other actions of the third parties beyond its control.

- By entering the game and sharing his/her personal data, the participant agrees that the game organiser can process his/her personal data for the purpose of organising games and announcing the winners, as described in the IKEA Privacy policy. The participant will also be deemed to have accepted and agreed to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
- The game and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with it, shall be governed and construed in accordance with laws of the Republic of Lithuania.
- The participant of the game has the right to submit complaints regarding the course of the game until 01.11.2021. The complaints shall be submitted in a written form by post (Vikingų st. 1, LT-02182 Vilnius) or by email info@IKEA.lt.
