Terms & conditions of the IKEA Family game

The promoter and organiser of this game is UAB “Felit” (“IKEA Lithuania”) with corporate identity number 302491412 and registered office at Vikingų st. 1, LT-02182 Vilnius, email: info@IKEA.lt, phone: +370 5 2500055.

The game begins at 8:00 on 2 May 2024 and will continue until further notice from the Game organiser.

The game takes place at the physical IKEA selling points in Lithuania (Vikingų st. 1, Vilnius; Jonavos st. 60, Kaunas; Šilutės road 29, Klaipėda; Gegužių st. 30, Šiauliai) and the online store (www.IKEA.lt).

The game is open to all persons of legal age who have consented to participate in games and made a purchase using an IKEA Family card within the physical IKEA selling points or online (www.IKEA.lt), regardless of the amount of money spent.
After the purchase at the physical IKEA selling point, each IKEA Family member consented to participate in games is added to a list of potential winners who will be selected the following month.

Each person can participate in the game an unlimited number of times by presenting their IKEA Family card at the checkout each time.

The participants can win 23 IKEA gift cards with a total value of 500 EUR each month:
  7.1. 10 gift cards x 10 EUR,
  7.2. 10 gift cards x 20 EUR,
  7.3. 2 gift cards x 50 EUR,
  7.4. 1 gift card x 100 EUR.

Each month, at Vikingų st. 1, LT-02182 Vilnius, 10 winners will be randomly selected to receive the prize described in point 7.1; 10 winners to receive the prize described in point 7.2; 2 winners to receive the prize described in point 7.3; 1 winner to receive the prize described in point 7.4.
The winner is chosen on the 15th of each month (or the next working day). The winners shall be drawn from the game participants who have shopped at the physical IKEA selling points in the previous month.
Only those participants who have fulfilled the conditions set out in point 4 above will be entered into the prize draw.
The list of winners is published on www.IKEA.lt on the same day as the draw.

A digital version of the gift card will be sent to the winners by email (to the email address provided in their account) within 2 days of the list being published on www.IKEA.lt.
The prize is non-negotiable, non-transferable, and non-refundable. No cash or credit alternatives will be given in exchange for the whole or any part of the prizes.
Digital IKEA gift cards received via email are valid for one year (12 months) from the date of receipt. IKEA gift cards can be used in accordance with the IKEA gift card rules. Learn more here.
Game prizes cannot be collected at the physical IKEA selling points.

By participating in the game, the participant is deemed to have accepted and agreed to be bound by these terms & conditions that can also be found at www.IKEA.lt/taisykles.
The game and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with it, shall be governed and construed in accordance with laws of the Republic of Lithuania.
The participant of the game has the right to submit complaints regarding the course of the game. The complaints shall be submitted in a written form by regular mail (Vikingų st. 1, LT-02182 Vilnius) or by email: info@IKEA.lt.

The Game organiser shall have the right to change the rules of the game by giving notice in the same manner as these rules were published.
The Gameorganiser shall not be liable for any damages resulting from cancellation, interruption, suspension or change in the rules of the game.
