Game duration
2. The game takes place between the following dates (inclusive): 17.02.2022 and 03.04.2022.

3. All persons have the right to participate in the game.
Participation requirements
4. The game takes place at the IKEA Vilnius store (Vikingų st. 1, LT-02182 Vilnius).
5. All customers can participate in the game, regardless of the amount of money spent.
6. After the purchase at the IKEA store, each customer receives a game card at the checkout and can withdraw the specified prize. Every game card wins.
7. The offer is valid for every purchase, except for food and beverages.
8. The frequency of participation in the game is unlimited.
9. At the IKEA store, the participant of the game pays only for the products he/she purchases and receives the game card free of charge, without incurring any risk with any amount of money.
Prizes
10. The participants can win: 43,000 x portions of ice cream; 19,000 x hot dogs; 1,000 x portions of Swedish meatballs/plant balls (optional) with garnish; 1,000 x Pavlova desserts; 62,000 x carrot muffins; IKEA gift cards: 300 x 10 EUR; 150 x 20 EUR; 50 x 50 EUR; 10 x 100 EUR. The value of the IKEA gift card is found out by scratching off the top layer on the game card.
11. The prize is non-negotiable, non-transferable, and non-refundable. No cash or credit alternatives will be given in exchange for the whole or any part of the prizes. The game organiser reserves the right to substitute the prize with another prize or equivalent value.
12. The prize can be collected until 30.04.2022 upon presentation of the game card. Ice cream and hot dogs are collected at the Swedish bistro (1st floor); Swedish meatballs/plant balls, Pavlova desserts, and carrot muffins are collected at the Swedish restaurant (2nd floor); IKEA gift cards are collected at the Returns department (1st floor).
13. IKEA gift cards are valid for one year (12 months) from the date indicated on the package. IKEA gift cards can be used in accordance with the IKEA gift card rules.

14. If the value of the prize equals or exceeds 100 EUR, the winner signs a prize delivery and acceptance certificate with the game organiser. The winner also must provide the game organiser with the additional personal data specified in the
IKEA Privacy policy, which will be used to declare the value of the prize and pay the required fees. The fees are paid by the game organiser.
Other conditions
15. The game organiser shall not be liable for any loss due to the prize postponement, delay or cancellation caused by non-performance or other actions of the third parties beyond its control. The game organiser is not responsible for the fact that the participant of the game does not check the prize or does not use the IKEA gift card within its expiration date.

18. The game and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with it, shall be governed and construed in accordance with laws of the Republic of Lithuania.
