Step 1
Look at the troubleshooting section in the instruction manual of your product. You can find the manual added to your appliance or on our website:- Search for the product in the search field at the top edge of the page.
- Go to the product description.
- Click on “Assembly instructions and documents” and download the manual.
Step 2
If the product is covered by an IKEA guarantee, you will need to have your receipt in order to benefit from this coverage.
Step 3
Make sure you have the necessary information:(A) IKEA article number (8 digits)
(B) manufacturer number (5 digits)
(C) serial number (8 or more digits, depending on manufacturer)
